How do you feel about becoming an online instructor?

Actually the idea of ​​becoming online instructor is very exciting and very challenging because online education believe that confronts us plenty of opportunities but I think we also faces numerous threats.
What do you expect to gain from this certificate program?

This certification program I have great expectations, I think I will allow strengthen or develop important skills for coping with virtual spaces and large possibilities to achieve the learning objectives very large groups of students.

What challenges do you feel that you will encounter as an online instructor?

Among the challenges that I find online instructor there is one priority, is to be able to keep students motivated in taught sessions and create a very efficient and effective way of creating strong relationships between course participants, mainly with the instructor in the background. But something that can be very important, then the course can be a social network among participants.

¿Cómo te sientes acerca de convertirse en un instructor en línea?

Realmente la idea de convertirme en instructor en línea es muy emocionante y muy retador ya que la educación en línea creo que nos enfrenta a infinidad de oportunidades pero creo que también nos enfrenta a infinidad de amenazas.

¿Qué espera obtener de este programa de certificación?

De este programa de certificación tengo gran expectativa, creo que me va a permitir fortalecer o crear capacidades importantes para desenvolverme en espacios virtuales y con posibilidades muy grandes de lograr los objetivos de aprendizaje grupos muy grandes de estudiantes.

¿Qué retos crees que te encontrarás como instructor en línea?

Dentro de los retos que pienso encontrar como instructor en línea hay uno prioritario, es el de poder mantener motivados a los estudiantes en las sesiones impartidas y de crear una manera muy eficiente y eficaz de crear relaciones fuertes entre participantes al curso, principalmente,  y con el instructor en segundo plano. Pero algo que puede ser muy importante es que luego del curso pueda quedar una red social entre los participantes.
