What are the Biggest Challenges When your students face transitioning from f2f environment to an online environment?

Students who pass a f2f environment even online environment have different challenges, both on the side of the teacher's teaching strategy and by the side of the learning strategy.

On the side of the teaching strategy, the student faces a new way for resources, a new way to interact with their teacher and peers. The professor and his companions were in a f2f physical reach but in a virtual environment are no longer asynchrony and is part of the new online context. Mentoring appears differently because the student is no longer accompanied in person.

On the side of the learning strategy, students are now more free and autonomous to decide when to do and what to do first and what to do next, choose the combination of resources that seems best. The student in the new context should be liable f2f and create their own routines you log in to the virtual platforms. Required to have skills and technology tools to improve skills. The student must join social networks or groups diverse and heterogeneous than before.

Los estudiantes que pasan de un entorno f2f  aun entorno en línea tienen desafíos diversos, tanto por el lado de la estrategia de enseñanza del profesor como por el lado de la estrategia de aprendizaje.

Por el lado de la estrategia de enseñanza, el estudiante se enfrenta a una nueva manera de disponer de recursos, a una nueva forma de interactuar con su profesor y con sus compañeros. El profesor y sus compañeros, en un entorno f2f estaban al alcance físico pero en un entorno virtual ya no lo están y la asincronía es parte del nuevo contexto en línea. La mentoría aparece de una manera distinta pues el estudiante ya no es acompañado en persona.

Por el lado de la estrategia de aprendizaje, el estudiante es ahora más libre y autónomo de decidir cuándo hacer y qué hacer primero y que hacer después, elige la combinación de recursos que le parezca mejor. El estudiante en el nuevo contexto f2f se debe responsabilizar y crear sus propias rutinas para ingresas a las plataformas virtuales. Requiere tener habilidades y mejorar destrezas de herramientas tecnológicas.  El estudiante debe incorporarse a redes sociales o grupos diversos y más heterogéneos que antes.
